I was born in Bogotá Colombia, a magical and nostalgic land. From a very young age, there were two threads that determined the course of my life.
The first has been art in many of its manifestations, from painting to illustration, from design to fashion and costume history.
The second, a spiritual path that my mother instilled in me from a very young age, continually seeking contact with something bigger than us and an introspection that has led me to always try to improve myself.
At 25 years old, I decided to challenge all my securities and go to the other side of the world to continue studying. Since then I have lived in Tuscany, Italy, where the clash of cultures, ways of thinking and lifestyles has enriched me ever since. My tastes and interests were modified and unified through my travels, experiences and learnings, my process led me to develop a very personal, feminine and colorful style with great experimentation.
My art has had many influences over time: costume history, oriental art, nature, the work of many artists, along with my experiences, my illuminations and my reflections have created the rich imagery that I represent in my works. My intention is to offer a more joyful and loving vision of the world and at the same time give reasons to reflect, to go beyond the apparent.
